As a Human Resource Admin, you will support the Operations Manager in managing recruitment and onboarding activities for volunteers and team members. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR and admin experience in a meaningful charity environment. Key Responsibilities

Post volunteer and team role advertisements
Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Conduct initial screening calls (if assigned)
Maintain applicant tracking sheets and recruitment records
Support onboarding of new volunteers (documents, SOPs, system access)
Follow structured recruitment workflows
Provide weekly recruitment updates to the Operations Manager

Strong communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Basic experience or interest in HR, admin, or recruitment (preferred but not essential)
Comfortable using Google Drive, Sheets, and online tools
Professional, reliable, and confident working independently
Valuable experience in HR and recruitment
