Site Inspection: Check that the ground conditions are safe for mobile cranes and that equipment is in safe working condition.
Coordination & Communication: Act as the central contact for crane operators, riggers, and signalers to ensure clear communication.
Risk Management: Conduct pre-lift meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks to identify hazards.
Task Management: Direct rigging and lifting activities, ensuring only trained personnel are involved.

Certification: Valid Lifting Supervisor certification (e.g, CPCS in the UK).
Experience: Proven experience in lifting operations, often requiring a background as a crane operator or rigger.
