What You'll Do

Deliver general administrative support across departments, including handling correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries.
Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
Support data entry and information management processes.
Provide customer service support by responding to enquiries and directing requests appropriately.
Assist with scheduling, diary management, and coordination of events or activities.
Support financial administration tasks such as processing invoices, purchase orders, and expenses (if applicable).
Monitor and order office supplies and maintain stock levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data protection requirement.
Provide support to projects and assist team members with operational tasks.

Training Outcome

Upon completion of the apprenticeship there is progression within the company to management in operations, HR and finance.
