25 Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with special educational needs, particularly in our Connect and Lighthouse spaces.
Assist with the implementation of individual learning plans, helping students overcome barriers to learning.
Support students in developing social and emotional skills, particularly in a safe and structured environment.
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
Monitor student progress and report on achievements, providing feedback and guidance to both students and teachers., A supportive, collaborative working environment with a dedicated team, including our SENCo, Deputy SENCo, Connect Manager, Lighthouse Keeper, and 28 other LSAs.

Experience of working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
