Act as the first point of contact for employees experiencing IT issues.
Provide support via phone, email, or helpdesk ticketing systems.
Provide basic IT guidance and instructions to help users avoid common issues.
Log, track, and update support tickets in the helpdesk system to maintain clear records of incidents, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
Ensure issues are properly documented and assigned.
Escalate more complex problems to 2nd or 3rd line IT support teams.
