Are you a passionate and inclusive teacher looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking a dedicated EYES Practitioner (SEN Teacher) to join our specialist provision, working closely with the Headteacher, SENDCo and a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, child-centred education for pupils with a range of complex needs., As an EYES Class Teacher (SEN), you will:

Plan and deliver inclusive, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEN, including autism, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties
Develop and implement EHCP targets and individual learning plans in collaboration with SENDCo and therapists
Use structured, multisensory approaches to support communication, emotional regulation, and engagement
Create a safe, nurturing and well-structured classroom environment
Monitor pupil progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to reviews and assessments
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and external professionals

Qualified Teachers (QTS/PGCE or equivalent)
Unqualified Teachers with relevant SEN experience
Experience teaching or supporting pupils with SEN (through placements or employment)
A strong understanding of inclusive practice and behaviour support strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
