This Parts Retail Apprenticeship will allow you to gain vital knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience within the Agricultural industry, all whilst earning.

Helping with the day to day running of a busy parts department. If you have a genuine interest in Agricultural machinery, this is the apprenticeship for you!

About the Employer

Olivers are a long-standing family business with a heritage in farm machinery going back 200 years. We were the first independent CLAAS dealer in 1947 and the business has gone from strength to strength with the last 5 years seeing significant growth.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Parts Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-standing family business that will give the successful candidate the support and platform to develop their skills and gain a level 2 qualification.

What You'll Do

Serving & assisting customers face to face and on the phone
Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively
Identifying and supplying parts to both customers and the service department, using parts books and online systems
Provide accurate quotes and product information
Process sales transactions, invoices, credits, and returns
Assisting with Stock Management
Support stock control, including ordering and stock checks
Receiving deliveries
Work closely with colleagues across the business
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Warehouse Management
