Qualified teacher status
NPQH or willingness to undertake
Experience of management at a senior level
Successful teaching and curriculum experience
Knowledge of primary principles and practice
Ability to lead change
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to a range of audiences
Positive, enthusiastic outlook, embracing risk and innovation
