We’re expanding our team at Herring House Trust in Great Yarmouth

Herring House Trust is a local charity providing accommodation and support for people experiencing homelessness.

We’re looking for people who are good at building relationships and understand what trauma-informed support means in practice – taking time to get to know people, understand what matters to them and work alongside them.

HARBOUR WORKER – £25,000

5 posts | Average 34 hours per week

Work within The Harbour, our four-bed supported accommodation service for people moving away from rough sleeping. A practical, relationship-based role providing day-to-day support.

One 12-hour day shift, one 12-hour night shift, then three days off, on a rolling shift pattern.
