As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with project, programme, and business stakeholders to provide actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and automation. You will become a key contributor to PMO excellence, helping drive project performance, process improvements, and informed decision-making across the organisation. Ultimately, you will support on the delivery of successful projects. You will:

Consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources to produce meaningful management insights
Design, build, and automate dashboards that track key performance indicators
Monitor project and portfolio health, providing visibility of milestones, deliverables, and progress
Identify emerging risks, trends, and bottlenecks, presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support budgeting, resource planning, and financial reporting through data analysis
Establish and monitor project and programme performance indicators
Research and analyse business data to generate actionable recommendations
Drive automation and data standardisation initiatives across PMO processes

Experience of automating reporting and data management processes
A proactive problem-solving mindset and an understanding of where you can add value to projects at different stages
Experience within a Project Management, PMO, Project Support, Programme Support, or Project Management Office environment
Strong data analysis and data interpretation skills
A background in the electronics industry
Experience with Power BI, Power Query, APIs, Python, or similar analytical tools and technologies
Knowledge of monday.com or similar project management platforms
Experience supporting portfolio, programme, or project governance activities
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
