We are seeking excellent Full-Time waiters/waitresses with an interest in Japanese & Mexican cuisine and culture, wanting career growth for a vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Notting Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for an extremely passionate candidate, with attention to detail, looking to take your experience to the next level.

Los Mochis is the ultimate Pan-Pacific contemporary Mexican-Japanese restaurant, mixing Mexican spirit with Japanese elegance, Mexican art and design with Japanese coolness and Mexican flavours with Japanese techniques. The Waiter/Waitress reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Key Requirements

Previous experience working within a fast-paced quality restaurant
Impeccable attention to detail
Passionate about the hospitality industry
Full ownership in your role
Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
Ability to maintain and follow standards
Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant
Proof of right to work/pre-settled or settled status in UK

Availability

Full-time role with availability required over the weekends.
