What You'll Do

Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities, including researching prospects and engaging with potential clients.
Manage and develop relationships with prospective and existing customers, providing a professional and positive customer experience.
Assist with the full sales process, from initial outreach and qualification through to proposals, meetings, negotiations and closing opportunities.
Conduct research into prospects, industries and market opportunities to identify potential areas for growth.
Work with internal teams to understand client requirements and help develop appropriate solutions and proposals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within our CRM system, ensuring sales activity, opportunities and customer information are recorded effectively.
Take part in sales meetings, calls and presentations while developing your confidence in communicating with customers and stakeholders.
Work towards your Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship, applying your learning directly to your day-to-day role.
