Ensure the security of the school buildings and grounds.
Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and site inspections.
Manage contractors and oversee site-related works.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety and appearance of the school site.
Support the school with setting up rooms and facilities for events and activities.
Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies as required.

Has practical maintenance and site management experience.
Is able to work independently and use their initiative.
Has a strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
Is organised, reliable and takes pride in their work.
Can build positive working relationships with staff, pupils, contractors and visitors.
Is committed to supporting the ethos and values of the school and Trust.
