- Lead by example, with integrity, transparency and respect for others Minimum Education Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred.Minimum Experience
- Ten (10) years of related experience.
- Five + (5) years of management experience.
- Minimum of six (6) months' experience in a teaching/training environment, especially where the material is designed for adults (over 18 years) participants.
- Aviation related experience in management, marketing and/or administration of technical training, highly desirable.
- Experience related to operating and/or managing a small business or corporate cost center, desired. Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; and communicate. The employee may be required to stand; walk; sit; positioning oneself and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
