Overall responsibility for maintaining the facilities - plant security, plant safety, plant service agreements and general upkeep.
Directs team in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, ensuring that they are suitably trained and competent.
Understand Plant and Team KPIs - presents monthly performance as part of Operations Team.

Manage and plan resource to support the operation, ensuring that there is a balanced mix of skill and competence to support production.
Coordinates the statutory maintenance routines ensuring compliance with legislative bodies.
Work in a manner that promotes and supports Lean Manufacturing principles including 5S and Visual Management.
Management of monthly budget spend and annual capital expenditure.
