The Triage Support Worker will provide comprehensive service delivery of triaging referrals and reviewing diagnostic reports. There will also be other ad hoc administrative tasks and responsibilities.,

Use analytical skills to effectively and accurately summarise assessment and triage information from a variety of sources and extrapolate clinically relevant information.
To work through the information received to identify those cases that can be routinely allocated and those that are more complex and require additional clinical consideration prior to allocation.
To review diagnostic reports to ensure that they meet the minimum standards of assessment to be accepted into the ADHD Medication Service.
Managing own time effectively to ensure timely triage, allocation and throughput of cases.
Maintain accurate case records on Oakdales case management system, and to ensure that cases are tracked and monitored to ensure an efficient allocations process.
To be responsible for own workload under the direct support of the Triage Admin Lead.
Carry out other reasonable duties commensurate with the nature and level of the role.
