Reporting to the Electrical Contracts Engineer will be responsible for undertaking various electrical tasks including inspection & testing and condition reporting, large to small installations, refurbishment works and planned maintenance tasks in order to achieve a high level of service delivery.,

Suitably experienced in the delivery of all aspects of electrical installation works for large commercial installations.
Work either as part of a maintenance team for larger installations under the instruction of a local site supervisor or work independently on minor works projects without local supervision.
Be a team member by being a part of the emergency on call rota
Have the ability to meet with a variety of Clients to represent the Company and remain courteous
Have sufficient knowledge of the current IET wiring regulations ensuring all works meet the requirements of the current IETwiring regulations.
Undertake a range of installation and completion tasks including but not limited to single and three phase low voltage distribution cabling and equipment, steel & PVC trunking/tray/conduit containment, final circuit cabling, second fix final termination of wiring accessories, data networking, HVAC controls, fault finding, inspection & testing.
Undertake a range of electrical planned and reactive maintenance tasks diligently and professionally
Undertake fault finding on various electrical systems such as on lighting and power as well as heating and ventilation systems
Accurate completion and timely submission company documentation (Hard copy or electronic) as
Use their own initiative to solve complicated technical problems associated with minor works
Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered
Have a sound understanding of the current edition of BS7671 and associated IET guidance documents in relation to best practice and principals.
Undertake M&E asset verification exercises for new and existing contractors using our asset management software
Be part of the out of hours on call rota.
