We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Nuclear Safety Case Consultants with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join our growing Warrington team (location flexible). The successful candidates will support major projects within the nuclear industry in the UK and internationally.,

The potential to support other Risktec sectors such as oil and gas, clean energy, transport, defence and conventional power. There is also the potential to support other Risktec offices around the world.
Hazard identification, Hazard Assessments (HAZANs), deterministic and quantitative assessments, designation of proportionate safety measures and ALARP justification.
Radiological and conventional safety assessments.
Undertaking specialist assessments to support the Safety Case.
Safety Case strategies and/or devising key Safety Case arguments.
Mentoring less experienced assessors in the production of safety case documentation and the use of safety assessment tools/techniques.
Managing contracts and writing proposals for new work.
Client relationship management and development.
Managing resource to ensure project delivery within budget., Pressure Equipment & Plant Engineering: Inspection, testing, and certification services focusing on pressure equipment such as pressure vessels, boilers, tanks, and piping systems.
Elevators & Conveyor Technology: Inspection, testing, and certification services for elevators, conveyor belts, escalators, cranes, and machinery.
Electrical & Building Technology: Evaluation, inspection, testing, and certification services for electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
Industrial Inspection & Material Testing: Comprehensive inspection and testing services for industrial facilities and their materials.
Infrastructure & Project Management: Project and construction supervision as well as integrated services for infrastructure projects.
Energy & Environment: Technical support, certification, and testing for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
Cybersecurity & Functional Safety: Testing and certification services for industrial automation, IT, and OT security solutions.

A proven track record of applying risk management principles and delivering Safety Case documentation in the Nuclear Industry.
A drive to ensure successful delivery and continuous client satisfaction by delivering pragmatic and proportionate solutions.
An ability to quickly grasp complex issues and apply knowledge and experience to deliver pragmatic and proportionate solutions in the context of nuclear operating plant and different stages of the plant lifecycle e.g. decommissioning.
The ability to manage the interfaces with a range of stakeholders (internally and externally).
Able to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently where needed.
Clear communication skills are essential, both verbal and written, and strong organisational skills and attention to detail are critical.
