Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer 6 months - Inside IR35 Hybrid - 3 days per week in Sunbury (West London) We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our client project engineering team, supporting the continued development of bespoke software product suite. This role is ideal for full stack developers with deep technical expertise across the software development life cycle who are comfortable working on complex, cloud-based systems. Position Overview As a Senior Engineer, you will:

• Design, implement, and test new product features with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Develop and enhance microservices-based Back End systems.
• Build responsive and accessible UI components compatible across modern web browsers.
• Take full ownership of feature development, from concept through to delivery.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and influence the technical direction of the product.
• Write comprehensive automated tests and perform system tuning to ensure reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers where appropriate.
Qualifications - Required
• Circa 10 years of professional experience in software development across Front End, Back End, and distributed systems.
• Proficient in Angular, React, or Next.js, including use of state management libraries (eg, NGRX, Redux).
• Deep understanding of TypeScript and reactive programming paradigms.
• Demonstrated knowledge of modern Domain-Driven Design practices.
• Familiarity with SOLID principles and Test-Driven Development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Proficient in both SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Experience working within Agile development teams and CI/CD environments using DevOps or GitOps principles.
Qualifications - Preferred
• Experience with Server-Driven UI architectures.
• Familiarity with WebAssembly (WASM), Service Workers, and Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
• Background in developing Go services, particularly in Kubernetes environments.
• Knowledge of microservices, gRPC, containerization, and event-driven system architectures.
• Exposure to cloud resource management, infrastructure as code (IaC), and site reliability engineering (SRE) practices.
