This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the heart of Customer Marketing, partnering closely with Brand, Sales and Operations teams to deliver impactful activations, enable our Field Sales Team, and lead our trade show programme. You'll play a key role in delivering our premiumisation strategy while ensuring every activation drives measurable results., As the voice of Customer Marketing for the Field Sales Team, you'll:

Translate brand and channel plans into effective customer marketing and activation programmes.
Develop annual activation plans that support commercial objectives and brand growth.
Create and manage sales tools, POS materials, activation templates and digital content for the field sales team.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of trade shows across key Route-to-Market and Leased & Tenant customers.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with Brand Teams, Regional Sales Managers, Sales Operations and Business Development Executives.
Present activation plans and marketing support at sales briefings and team events.
Manage suppliers, agencies and warehousing partners to ensure excellent service and operational delivery.
Ensure all marketing activity is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Measure performance against KPIs, identify key learnings and continuously improve, Our agile working philosophy is to "Have your best work day everyday".

Experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading events, trade shows.
Commercial awareness and a strong focus on ROI and performance measurement.
Experience managing agencies, suppliers and marketing budgets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive with a passion to bring continuous improvement.
