Hourly Rate: £17.50 per hour + Holiday Pay (Actual: £19.61 per hour)
Hours: Casual, as required, for up to three days per week + swimming club. Days and hours will be agreed according to the Academy's needs on a termly basis.
Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons to both primary and secondary students 3 days a week
Deliver swimming club once a week
Support pupils in developing confidence, competence and essential water-safety skills
Monitor pupils' progress and provide appropriate encouragement, feedback and support
Maintain high standards of safety and safeguarding at all times
Work collaboratively with Academy staff to provide a positive and supportive learning environment.
