Full Job Description
- To provide a thorough lettable clean to properties after trade adaptions to dwellings inclduing applicance cleaning, inline with the client specifications and Purdy's health and safety processes. Properties are to be left in a clean, sanitary state and free from any debris, deposits and foul odours. All rooms, hallways, stairwells, alcoves, cupboards and external water closets and meter cupboards are to be included in the specification without exception; however, any other outhouses are not. The property be signed off and handed back to the client.
- Previous domestic cleaning experience including appliance cleans essential Basic COSHH awareness Good knowledge of onsite health and safety, including working at height and asbestos awareness Adaptable to challenging work environments Ability to follow instructions such as additional variations that are ad hoc added to certain properties. Embrace such changes with a can do attitude. Full UK Driving Licence with use of own vehicle
