Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including staff scheduling, stock control, and administration
Lead the team in the Store Manager's absence, maintaining high standards and team morale
Resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating when necessary
Assist with cash handling, end-of-day finance, and stock management
Motivate the team, promote sales targets, and uphold excellent 'Sunny Service' standards
Ensure consistent drink preparation, product quality, and allergen compliance
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and operational equipment
Support staff training and development, assigning tasks to maximise efficiency
Help drive sales and contribute to achieving store budget goals
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Complete the reasonable tasks that assigned by the company

Experienced in managerial/supervisor role in driving a high sales-focused culture in fast-paced food/beverage industry
A natural leader with a proactive, "can do" attitude
Passionate about people, service, and personal development
Open to learning and sharing your knowledge with others
Flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)
Reliable, punctual, and ready to make a difference
