Handle cash and complete daily finance records accurately
Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain strong product & allergen knowledge
Deliver excellent customer service and promote our menu, offers and loyalty app
Keep the store clean, organised and well presented at all times
Support store operations including opening/closing and stock management
Manage and create content for the store's TikTok account
Complete required training and support the team with shift cover when needed
Help drive sales to meet store targets
Complete the reasonable tasks that assigned by the company

Experience in driving a high-sales, customer-focused culture in a fast-paced food or beverage environment
Confident handling cash and managing financial transactions
Proactive, with a "can do" attitude
Passionate about people, service, and personal development
Open to learning and sharing your knowledge with others
Flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)
Reliable, punctual, and ready to make a difference
Eligible to work legally in the UK
