As Strategy and Partnerships Associate, your day will involve:

Evaluating and setting up new inbound business opportunities - spanning partnerships, new product lines, and more.
Maintaining the operating rhythm of the company - including setting and tracking OKRs throughout the year
Delivering cross-functional initiatives across people, data and transformation
Turning ambiguous, fast-moving priorities into clear analysis and recommendations for leadership

Experience in a startup or scale-up
Background in management or strategy consulting, financial services, or proven experience driving commercial outcomes, A competency-based interview with the hiring manager
A problem solving interview with a short task presentation
