We are looking for an authentic and driven F&B Service Team Member (Part-Time) to join us at Refuge in Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

Your main duties and responsibilities will be serving our guests food and beverages with a positive attitude, dealing with customer queries or complaints and working alongside our kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders!

So, we are looking for someone who has...

Availability to work 24 hours per week (evening and weekend availability required)
Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender or Host
Confidence in delivering great service, have a can-do attitude and always willing to help out where needed
Passion for providing positive guest experiences, you will be someone who loves to interact with our guests!
Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
Drive to produce results - we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
