• To ensure patient journeys are carried out in line with the contractual requirements
• To ensure all DHL vehicles are fully utilised, with minimum down time through effective tracking & communication
• To communicate effectively with DHL transport, Hospital wards/units and Drivers
• Track vehicles to ensure journeys are being made successfully and resources are being fully utilised
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
• Scheduling experience
• Experience with dealing with customers and clients
• Experience with administrating tasks
• PTS experience is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
