Full Job Description

We compete at the highest levels of football on a global stage while embracing our Sussex community spirit. At the heart of everything we do is our commitment to high performance, professional excellence, and making a positive impact.

Help us enable elite football performance through advanced technology

This role acts as the technology interface between the Technology Department and Football Operations, ensuring the right tools, systems, and infrastructure are in place to support player performance, coaching, medical, and analysis teams.

The role's mission is to enable and optimise on-pitch performance through cutting-edge technology while supporting collaborative relationships with analysts, coaches, and medical professionals. The role is not a data analyst or coach, but a technical enabler, ensuring that the systems analysts and coaches rely on are secure, efficient, effective, and continually improved.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in technology roles, in a performance sport or analysis environment. You must have experience managing wearables, video analysis tools, and high-spec hardware/software environments. Your previous roles will have given you hands-on experience with technologies such as AI, drones, VR, biomechanics tools, and advanced video analysis in high-performance settings. You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and football domains.

In appreciation for your hard work and dedication, we are pleased to offer you a range of additional benefits, including but not limited to:

Complimentary breakfast and lunch at both sites

️23 days holiday rising with length of service (pro rata for part time staff)

Rewards platform, which includes access to 900+ retailers, a wellbeing centre and more!

Enhanced family policies

️ ️Access to a gym and padel court at our training ground

Priority access to match tickets and access to free WSL tickets for 2025/26 season

In-house training programme and CPD opportunities

Exclusive discounts and benefits from our partners and local businesses

Our commitment to EDI
