Full Job Description
The service provides patients with access to a GP, a Practice Nurse or HCA via a pre-booked appointment for planned or unscheduled presentations as an extension of their own surgery outside/inside of normal surgery hours., The Enhanced Access Primary Care HCA will work alongside and support the service based primary health care team, delivering high quality health care appropriate to the needs of the local population. You will be supervised by all members of the nursing team, working within agreed protocols.
