Business Development and Revenue Growth:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and event markets.
Proactively target key accounts, industry segments, and geographic markets to expand the client base.
Achieve given sales targets and KPI's set by your line manager.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximise revenue potential.
Develop compelling event proposals tailored to corporate client needs.
Responsible for management of all proactively sought enquiries.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, and industry stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, delivering exceptional service to ensure retention and loyalty.
Host site visits, familiarisation trips, and client entertaining opportunities to showcase ours brand's unique offerings.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, campaigns, and initiatives.
Utilise market analysis to inform pricing strategies, promotions, and upselling opportunities.
Regularly review competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Collaborate with operations and event teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Develop tailored proposals and detailed event plans for corporate and private clients.
