You will lead a Key Stage 2, small class of Year 5 and 6 pupils with diverse SEND needs, supported by experienced teaching assistants. You will plan and deliver an engaging and accessible curriculum that meets the individual needs of your learners, fostering independence, communication, and social skills alongside academic progress.

Be excellent practitioners with the commitment and motivation to inspire pupils' learning and development
Be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation through imaginative and differentiated lessons which meet individual needs
Have specific experience / interest in working with pupils with SEND
Have the ability to foster good relationships with other staff, pupils, parents and the wider community
Will have had experience of planning and delivering a wide range of National Curriculum subjects
