Summary

Dream Big Independent Living is an Ofsted-registered semi-supported accommodation service for young people aged 16-18.

We are looking for creative, confident, and motivated Youth Support Workers to support young people in developing independence, life skills, and positive futures.

Ability to work effectively during lone-working shifts
Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
Commitment to Ofsted Quality Standards and regulatory compliance
Confident in building positive relationships with young people
Accurate record-keeping and professional communication skills
Relevant qualifications in youth work or health and social care are an advantage
