Full Job Description
As our next HR Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our UK-wide workforce. You'll be the go-to for accurate, timely HR administration that really makes a difference. Whether it's issuing contracts, managing data in SAP and SuccessFactors, or being that trusted point of contact through our ASK HR system, your work will be essential., You will be joining a collaborative, friendly team made up of three other HR Administrators and a Senior HR Analyst, reporting directly to the HR Operations Lead.,
- Preparing contracts and managing changes to employment terms
- Inputting and maintaining HR data in SuccessFactors and SAP
- Prepare and compile employee data reports, including metrics such as headcount, sickness absence, and turnover rates.
- Provide support to Managers and People & Culture Business Partners in using HR systems and generating reports.
- Helping employees and managers navigate our HR systems
- Provide general HR advice and support through phone, email, and the ASK HR case management system.
- Managing sick notes and supporting the company car process
- Deliver HR administrative support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
You might already have some experience in a busy admin role, or maybe you are just starting out with a keen interest in HR. Either way, you are organised, detail-driven, and bring energy to everything you do., A natural team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Confident working with multiple systems, especially Excel, Word, SAP, and SuccessFactors
- Comfortable using case management systems such as ASK HR or similar platforms
- Able to juggle priorities, stay calm under pressure, and always deliver with precision
- Someone who treats confidential information with the utmost care and integrity
- A strong communicator with a positive, proactive approach
