JOIN OUR TEAMChesterton Primary School is seeking a reliable, professional, and friendly Administrator to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis.Job title: Administrative AssistantLocation: Chesterton Primary SchoolContract: Permanent, Monday to Friday Mornings, 17.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per yearSalary:ALT Grade B Points 3-4 - £9,655.09-£9,731.02 - Annually, ActualClosing Date: Midday, Thursday 17th July 2025About Us:At Chesterton Primary School we have a clear vision and determination to ensure all children are in receipt of high-quality teaching and learning, make good progress and achieve true potential.   • Providing general administrative support such as photocopying, data entry, and routine correspondence
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Assisting with the organisation of school events and visits, including hospitality arrangements
  • Maintaining both manual and computerised records and information systems

    Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic office systems (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent knowledge desirable)
  • A calm, approachable, and professional manner
  • A commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality
