Infrastructure Maintenance: Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
AV Management: Set up and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment in classrooms and meeting rooms, including projectors and video conferencing systems.
System Administration: Perform basic tasks such as Active Directory account management and password resets.
Network Care: Assist with network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi connectivity and physical patching.
Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licensing, and equipment inventory.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the manual handling of equipment like desktop computers and printers.

Experience: A proven track record in 1st and 2nd line technical support, preferably within an educational environment.
