Full Job Description
This is an exciting time to join the team at CLC as we roll out a revised brand and audience focused approach to supporting College's key strategic aims, amplifying CLC's brand and mission to existing and new audiences, and driving financial resilience through the delivery of core commercial targets.
In this varied role, you'll take responsibility for parental communication and engagement, harnessing audience segmentation to deliver an enhanced email communications strategy and website developments. You'll oversee the development of College's social media content strategy, through management of the Digital Communications Officer, working closely with them on priorities, content performance and strategic objectives.
You'll work with departments across CLC, particularly Human Resources, as you lead on internal staff communication and engagement, as well Admissions, Development, and Commercial Services. With an excellent understanding of brand storytelling, you'll champion hierarchy of messaging and TOV throughout communications, ensuring digital content and internal and external communications reflect the energy of College life and our diverse community of more than 800 students and over 600 staff.
You should have a relevant degree or communications qualification, and at least three years' experience in a similar role, along with excellent copywriting skills and a strong grasp of email marketing, CRM systems, and social media management. Organised, analytical and collaborative, you'll be confident managing complex projects with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, while championing excellence and brand consistency throughout.
As one of the world's leading schools, and with a strong pioneering heritage, our aim is to embody excellence, independence and empowerment in the education of young women. You will join a friendly and supportive community of committed professionals who believe that our students are at the heart of all we do. We are ambitious for their futures, collectively and individually, and have been so for 170 years.
Salary: £34,401 - £37,615pa; starting salary depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
Full Time: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility will be required as evening/weekend working may be required on occasion.
