As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of Allison Homes on-site, playing a key role in turning interest into happy homeowners. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll guide customers through their buying journey, from first contact to handing over the keys. This is a role for someone who loves closing deals, building genuine relationships, and delivering exceptional service. You'll be part of a close-knit sales team with big ambitions and the support to match.,

Drive sales and meet/exceed targets on new home developments.
Deliver a five-star customer journey from enquiry to completion.
Build strong relationships with buyers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
Maintain accurate records and manage customer data using our systems (training provided).
Stay one step ahead of the market-know the competition and understand local trends.
Keep show homes and marketing suites in top shape and showroom-ready.
Coordinate with solicitors, estate agents, and internal teams to progress sales smoothly.
Contribute ideas to marketing and PR campaigns that make an impact.
