Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop proposals and presentations to attract new clients and partners.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
Support the development and execution of sales plans and strategies.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as assigned.
Prepare regular reports on business performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align efforts and deliver value to clients.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning.
Ability to analyse financial reports, market trends, and business performance metrics.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
Basic knowledge of data protection, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.
Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for data driven decision making.
Awareness of business laws, contracts, and corporate governance.
Ability to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies for business efficiency.

Experience within the insurance industry (travel experience is a plus) or similar sector experience; eagerness to improve knowledge of the industry is beneficial.
