Job Description: As a Production Operative, you will play a pivotal role in our fast-paced food production environment, ensuring the seamless operation of our Hot-Pie production lines. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and hygiene while adhering to strict safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: As a Production Operative you will 1. Operate and maintain production line equipment efficiently to meet daily production targets. 2. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to product specifications and regulatory standards. 3. Work with raw meat and ingredients, following stringent hygiene practices to prevent contamination. 4. Monitor critical control points (CCPs) to uphold food safety and quality standards. 5. Lift and handle ingredients and finished products, weighing up to 25kg, with care and attention to safety. 6.
