The IT Support Engineer will be based in our Leeds office and will be part of the team responsible for day-to-day support management of all internal systems across international sites. We are looking for someone who is confident to be the first point of contact for users, taking the time to understand their issues and share our approach of "fix it once".,

Acting as first point of contact for all IT support related queries
Investigating and resolving technical issues on both Apple and Windows OS
Monitor NAS and Window servers as well as looking after networked devices and responding to common user application issues
Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding users via cloud services
Support and maintain a high level of security
Software installation and patching

Experience in working within an IT support role
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, team-working and customer service skills
Be self-motivated and able to handle a varied workload within a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have the drive to seek out and learn new skills that always ensures you can meet the company needs as it grows
Experience working within a creative, agency environment is desirable
Experience working Cloud technologies including Google workspace, Microsoft 365
Must have a full UK drivers licence with own transport
IP Networking and protocols
Firewall configuration and management
Switch configuration, management and routing
AD and Azure AD configuration
Antivirus Management
Powershell
MDM technologies and implementation
