Administer, configure, and support Microsoft Windows Server 2016 to 2025 environments.
Administer, configure and support Linux based systems.
Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP and certificate services across multiple domains.
Support virtual infrastructure including VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery solutions and backup strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001, PCI DSS v4.0).
Provide support and root cause analysis for complex issues.
Document system configurations, changes and operating procedures.
Participate in infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations and cloud integration.
Apply system patching and software updates.

Minimum 3-5 years in a Systems Engineering role within an enterprise or regulated environment.
Exposure to cloud services (Microsoft Azure, Purview, Hybrid environments).
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Citrix certification (e.g., CCA-V).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 administration.
Citrix Daas and XenServer.
Knowledge of cyber-security concepts.
PowerShell/Bash scripting to automate and streamline administrative tasks.
Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and backup tools (e.g. Graylog, Zabbix, Arcserve, Rubrik, Veeam).
Solid understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls).
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate).
Experience working in financial services, legal, or debt recovery sectors.
Experience with Ansible, Terraform or similar automation tools.
Awareness of security frameworks and ITIL best practices.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and writing skills.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented and highly organised.
Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
