Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage various multi-million commercial refurb projects in Oxfordshire., You will be responsible for site HSE and the performance of our subcontractors on each construction site while monitoring costs and ordering materials for the project. The successful candidate will have previous site experience from managing commercial refurbishments and new build projects; an ideal candidate will have Tier 1 contractor experience as well as previously worked on an MOD site. Responsibilities
- Motivating and supervising construction workers and subcontractors
- Monitoring build costs and project progress
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Conducting quality and safety inspections
- Working on-site in all weathers, at clients' businesses or in a site office.
5 years working for a Tier 1 contractor - Previous commercial site experience
- Proven ability to manage site safety and performance
- SMSTS + CSCS Manager + First Aid (in date)
- Happy to be background checked (SC Clearance)
