We are hiring a senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute regional marketing strategy across key European markets. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic ownership, focused on driving user growth, brand presence, and market expansion within a compliance-aware environment. Key Responsibilities

Own and drive regional marketing strategy aligned with global objectives
Lead user acquisition and growth initiatives across digital and performance channels
Plan and execute offline marketing including events, partnerships, and activations
Build and manage influencer, community, and partner relationships
Ensure compliance with relevant local regulatory frameworks
Manage budgets and optimise campaigns based on ROI and performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business development, and global teams
Based in Europe with strong local market understanding
4-8+ years in regional marketing ownership roles
Crypto / Web3 marketing experience strongly preferred
Strong online (performance, growth) and offline (events, partnerships) experience
Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Ability to operate independently and drive strategy
Experience owning regional marketing functions across multiple markets
Balanced strategic and hands-on execution approach
Strong network across influencers, partners, and crypto communities
Experience scaling growth in competitive or regulated markets

Based in Europe with strong local market understanding
