As a Customer Development Executive, you'll take full ownership of your area, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and a supportive field team to deliver against agreed KPIs. Your key responsibilities include:

Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity
Driving distribution, availability and compliance across the agreed product ranges
Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
Actively selling and promoting products to maximise sales and visibility
Using sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities
Manage CAPEX assets such as Freezers on Loan and premium POS, ensuring outlets meet contractual terms and conditions

This role is ideal for someone with field sales or direct selling experience who enjoys autonomy, building relationships, and seeing the direct impact of your work in store. Experience working in field sales or similar role
Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders
Stakeholder management experience
Excellent time management and territory planning ability
Be self-motivated and results-driven
A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)
Experience working in Convenience, leisure, Quick service restaurants
Merchandising or POS execution experience
Direct selling skills
