Job Description

Artemis is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in our busy wedding venue kitchen at Bassmead Manor Barns Staploe St Neots. You will need to be self-motivated, calm under pressure with a passion for cooking the finest food using fresh ingredients.

The Must Haves

2 years' experience in a similar position.

A passion for cooking.

A proven track record, with good references to support your CV.

Good communication skills, with an understanding of HACCP.

Own transport is essential due to the countryside location.

Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK.

We do not offer live-in accommodation.

Responsibilities

Working as part of the team to ensure high standards of food preparation and service are maintained.

Maintaining a clean environment.

Following allergen policies and kitchen management procedures (full training given).

Day-to-day reporting to the Head chef/Sous chef.

Responding to emails.

Using Checkit (full training given).
