We are looking for compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This is a community-based role, working beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences. You will:

Deliver tailored intervention sessions
Build positive and consistent relationships with young people
Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns
Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records
Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams, Flexible opportunities based on location and student match
£16-£25 per hour for lead roles, plus agreed expenses
Monday-Friday daytime availability required
Consistent availability is essential to provide stability for young people

Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Right to work in the UK
Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role
Functional Skills knowledge
PDA and ASD knowledge
Teaching or therapeutic qualifications
Safeguarding or de-escalation training
