Account Growth Strategy Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to expand AMCS' footprint across teams, business units, and use cases. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Business Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and other internal teams to drive demand, deliver impactful demos, and align solutions to customer needs. Solution Alignment Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for a range of stakeholders, from operational users to executive decision-makers. Sales Operations & Forecasting Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within Salesforce. Continuous Improvement Contribute to team best practices and support broader sales initiatives as needed.Required Experience & Qualifications A minimum of 3 to 5 years of quota-carrying experience selling complex, mid-market SaaS solutions, such as ERP or platform-based systems, with

a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proven success managing full sales cycles and closing expansion, upsell, cross-sell, or account growth opportunities. Experience selling into existing customer accounts and building trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders. Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills, including the ability to uncover new opportunities within an existing account base. Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear, compelling way to diverse audiences. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
