We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive individual to join our team in a unique and varied role combining 3G sports facility management with PE support and classroom supervision. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in both the school and wider community, ensuring our 3G facility operates efficiently while supporting high-quality physical education provision during the school day. What You'll Be Doing

Managing bookings, enquiries, and income generation for our 3G pitch
Ensuring the facility is safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant
Delivering sports clubs, fixtures, and lesson cover within the PE department
Leading holiday camps and community activities
Supporting student learning through cover supervision across the school

Strong organisational and communication skills
A passion for sport, physical activity, and working with young people
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
Experience in sports delivery, customer service, or education (desirable), Have high expectations of themselves and the people they work with.
