We're looking for an experienced and motivated Engineering Team Lead to join our dynamic maintenance team at our Milton Keynes site. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running, reliability and performance of our plant operations. Working Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Overtime available
Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of maintenance engineers
Organising daily workloads and planned maintenance schedules
Responding to breakdowns and ensuring quick, effective repairs
Improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime (MTTR & MTBF)
Managing spare parts, suppliers, and contractor activity
Supporting continuous improvement and operational performance
Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance

Proven leadership experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work hands-on with machinery and plant equipment
Support the team proactively
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND desirable)
