Work Locations (Hertfordshire) As a community-based Support Worker, you will be traveling to support clients across:

West & Central Herts: Watford, Three Rivers, Hemel Hempstead (HP1, HP2, HP3), Tring, Potten End, Bovingdon, Kings Langley, Pepperstock, Markyate, St Albans (AL3), and Welwyn Garden City (AL7).
East Herts: Ware & Stanstead Abbotts (SG12), Cheshunt & Goffs Oak (EN7).
️ Day Shifts: 8:00am/9:00am - 2:00pm/3:00pm
Evening Shifts: 4:00pm - 9:00pm
Family-Style Support: Seamlessly integrating into their daily life and routine to provide companionship and emotional support.
Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding with the utmost dignity.
Household Support: Cooking, meal preparation, laundry, and light housework to keep their home running smoothly.
Community Inclusion: Encouraging participation in hobbies, and assisting with community activities to broaden their horizons.
Medication: Administration or assistance as directed by care plans.

What We're Looking For You don't need formal care experience! We train you in everything else, provided you have the right attitude. You will need:
A genuine desire to help others with patience, empathy, and compassion.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Essential).
The Right to Work in the UK (Please note: we are unable to offer visa sponsorship).
