Joining us as a Central Services Analyst you will play a vital part in assisting with gaming operational support and analysis. You will:

Work with internal departments & stakeholders to both develop new and enhance existing reporting.
Proactively assist with reviewing the estate performance on a venue/regional/national level.
Identifying trends in performance and subsequently opportunities for growth and potential risks.
Assist with ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly reports are distributed, on time and accurate, thus driving forward performance.
Assist the Gaming team with all administration tasks.
Take direction from the Gaming team to assist with all daily tasks and queries.
Assist in ensuring the Gaming team is a value adding service provider.
Assist in the peer review testing of existing and new reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy

Commercially minded and able to add an insightful value to the business
Diligent and thorough with an analytical and numerate outlook and excellent eye for attention to detail
Excellent IT skills especially working with MS office
Good administration skills
Desirable - Experience with industry standard BI tools such as Tableau or similar (not essential as training can be provided).
Desirable - A degree or appropriate qualification in an analytical or related subject.
